RATs were able to steal the '94 election because Clinton was in the White House, Reno was AG, and Battaglia was U.S. Attorney. This time their counterparts were Bush, Ashcroft, and DiBiagio. RATs couldn't get away with the same stuff.
Also, the Maryland AG was Curran and the judge was a Schaefer appointee, who had the temerity to concede that
only eighteen dead people voted, but this didn't cover the margin of 5995.
Of course, none of those eighteen dead people were on Death Row in Maryland, because they are all alive and well.
