Madison and David Horowitz were both arrested at the Embassy of Sudan for protesting against slavery in Sudan. Is Madison a moderate or a conservative?

I must say, I don't know. I don't know if I've ever heard him speak. But here's what was on Newsmax site: "Mr. Madison has served on the NAACP Board of Directors for more than 14 years..." I assume he cannot be conservative, at all, if he's on the NAACP Board....that's a liberal liberal liberal organization.
Madison is a "classic" democrat. Meaning moderate social ideas with strong ethical ideas.
At least that's what I pick up from him
