You may be right, but I think a solid case could be made against having someone who is using mind altering drugs flying my financial airplane without my knowledge, would be a sound one.

If he was handling my investments and did got drunk daily, and the comapny he worked for knew about it....well yes. Just as I would sue the school if they knowingly employed a alcoholic school bus driver.

No one can convince me that smoking twelve joints a day has no effect on someone's decision making process.
