... same old recipes that are in my White Trash Cooking, cookbook...

I have that same cookbook, it's where I got my start....LOLOL Now the Clinton Legacy Cookbook has class, check this out;

Beer-in-the-Rear Chicken

Ingredients:Instructions:
You will need a whole frying size chicken.  Prepare the bird to suit your individual taste,
except rub with: olive oil, onion flakes, garlic, flakes, rosemary, thyme, etc., inside and out.
Put a slice of onion, apple or celery in cavity of chicken.

Next, get a can of light beer, remove the tab and stab two additional holes in the top of can. Place the can upright into the cavity of the chicken.  Place chicken upright in a shallow baking pan in a 325º oven for 2 hours or until done.  These recipes are an example of the generosity of one of our Freeper friends that wishes to remain anonymous!

"Beer-in-the-Rear Chicken"

Delicious done this way -- "indirect method" -- on a Weber Grill, too.

Although I know this recipe as either, "Drunken Chicken" or, "Dancing Chicken."

...so where/how can one buy your book, carlo?
