You're right. I guess the Telegraph got mixed up because Traficant would blast Democrats more often than RepublicansHe voted for clinton and against the US Constitution! The telgraph didn't make a msitake, they lied to make the R's look bad to the idiots in ohio who can't think but vote.

When Jim Wright left (just shortly before he might have been arrested) we were told that he denuded his entire office. Nobody seemed to really care then or now. Is this another example of selective outrage?
pos jim wright stole EVERYTHING, including the marble balustrades (sp?) between the seats and the dias (sp?) of the house.

An even greater scandal is why Texas Christian University would hire the disgraced Jim Wright as a lecturer. Is this characteristic of a "Christian" school? It is my understanding that one can take Jim Wright's political science "class," but he can't get academic credit for it. It makes one wonder what Wright has on TCU?
To: Theodore R.
If I recall correctly, Wright's got a whole mini-wing of the TCU library devoted to himself and his "papers" as Speaker. Maybe that's the connection - Wright gets the school a boost in its library facilities, they turn around and give him a fake professorship. Also, keep in mind that like any institution of academia TCU has more than its fair share of leftists. Those types tend to be significantly less responsive on matters of moral outrage against crooked politicians than us "common folk."
To: Theodore R.
Make that "against crooked DEMOCRAT politicians"
When it's a Republican under the scrutiny of the law, the lefties can flip on their outrage switch on a second's notice to blast another for "reprehensable" actions they give their own a pass for on a daily basis.

Traficant is a life-long Democrat. Damn. He was the most honest Dem in Congress.

What's the fuss? This is SSDD as far as Con-gress is concerned. And heck, Hilliary's furniture fetish makes Traffy look like a piker.
