A small village outside of Buffalo refused them a zonimg permit.The people voted against it..They have a charming "main street" with a small 5 and 10 cent store..a throwback to the 50's..they did not want to loose it, so the townspeople voted to drive 25 min to the nearest Wal Mart. I would have voted with them
