I really have never believed the Serbs did for many reasons. First it was too timely and second one of the victims had their head cut off Muslim style. It is most likely the KLA, UCK or whatever you what to call those Muslim terrorist. But now I'm beginning to think it could have been some of Clinton's spooks. Clinton needed this war to happen and I wouldn't put it past them.

The Racak report said NO ONE WAS DECAPITAED. Albanian reports of such decapitactions were fabrications. Nor did investigators find any body mutilated by human hands despite what "Albaian eye witness" reports stated.
