Or that many of the Albanian dead were used as human shields by the KLA. Thus you can charge the Serbs with "crimes against humanity" (violations of the Geneva conventions) for firing at the KLA through civilians, in other words conducting military operations in an area where civilians are in the way of the fighting. Clever of the KLA, eh?

Stalin used to have his police troops (NKVD) behind their lines killing any soviet soldier refusing to advance or trying to run. The KLA were not different at Racak except I believe they forced the Racak Villagers to stand and fight and were between them and the Serbs. Any cornered animal will fight.
