Normally, this event is held on the first Saturday of December, which would be Dec. 7, the day of the senatorial and congressional general election in LA, mistakenly referred to by most as "the runoff." It is unclear if this special Tuesday ceremony was intended to benefit a political candidate, perhaps not.

Does anyone have news if the "threat" from Landrieu to Terrell on Saturday has begun to resonate throughout the campaign? The "threat" can undermine Landrieu's reputation for "kindness" and "compassion."
