The colonization of America by massive third-world immigration is arguably a more serious problem than Iraq. It also factors into our increasing vulnerabiliity to terrorism, as these colonies provide safe havens and recruits for ideological as well as criminal terrorist gangs.
This concept has been published by Mexican-American intellectuals and opinionators themselves. It's called the "Crystal City model", after Crystal City, Texas, where the whites moved away in numbers to adjacent counties after Mexican-Americans took over politically at the ballot box and then communicated to the whites in no uncertain terms that they'd have to pay to stay.
The central concept that Chicano leaders formed after this episode, which is the fulcrum of Aztlanism, is that white Americans won't stay in areas where they lose control, that they'll move away rather than be victimized. Hence, large geographical areas can be progressively evacuated by successful political actions aimed at taking power and excluding whites from the decisionmaking processes. Their rights needn't be infringed or abrogated, so the process is legally risk-free and theoretically infinitely repeatable until the entire Southwest is clear of any non-acquiescent whites.
That's the concept, anyway.
You appear to have rediscovered the concept by observation of the process.
