If his Nuclear and Missile capabilities, expanding by the week and month now, were all that was wrong with him, we would still have to invade there and take him out.
The chart is misleading in that regard. His nuke program is more compartmentalized and dispersed than his other efforts, that's why there's so many nuke symbols. ONE in ANY category is enough for me. Saddam 'the destroyer' is a threat to humanity. His whole family is a threat to humanity. They need to go bye-bye.
