At one time on FR there was a very short discussion that a class action lawsuit could be started re: loss of our right to vote due to illegal alien vote fraud. I agree, that this border situation would seem to call for legal action as well.

Years ago I remember Michael Savage reported that Willie Brown, Mayor of Sam Francisco, announced he would FUND illegals with tax payers $ despite the illegality of it. I believe old Willie went as far as saying that SF would be the "home" of illegal aliens.

If elected officials knowingly break our laws, we must have the right to sue. Pressure should be put on state AGs first I think. (The dem ones won't do anything about the fraud anyway, then they can be added to the list of those named in the suit.) Would the ACU (sp?) ake a case such as this?

Its next to impossible to sue the federal government. The govt has what is called "soverign immunity" which means that unless it wants to be sued, it cant. Plus, im pretty sure you couldnt sue any specific agency ie INS for the same reason. Thats why when drugs like phenfen start killing people, you cant sue teh FDA that approved them.
