In AFGHANISTAN, Joan would come onstage wearing a birkha, which she ripped off and stomped on before blazing through the purest and nastiest rock show

Because Joan has a set of brass ones, as opposed to somewhat bouncy silicone ones. Britney would have been offended by the lack of Perrier available.
