Funny, my Macro professor at the U of Chicago said he'd rather put forks in his eyes than read Krugman's stuff...

He lost all of his academic and political credibility long, long ago.

No offense, but if your prof was a macro guy, you probably should have put forks through his eyes. :)

Even my third year macro prof thought macro didn't make much sense at times. At least with micro the theories add up.

At any rate, Krugman's more of a micro economist, if I recall. Or at least he was.
