I NEVER use those "remove" instructions, those are most often used to generate additional, VERIFIED, EMAIL LISTS.
Just another way of insuring you'll get more spam.
I agree that Yahoo is pretty good at sending SPAM to the Bulk folder. BUT... recently the SPAM has been coming in as something other than text files. They are gif or jpegs that aren't attachments. I get about 90% of them in my In box. I always report them to Yahoo. They have some catching up to do with their SPAM blocking.
