Isn't this a pet subject of yours?
After reading some of your posts, I broke down and finally bought and read a copy of "Zebra" by Clark Howard, (1979) about the Zebra killings that occurred from '72-'74, mainly in California. The parallels to the DC sniper case are chilling (and I don't think accidental). Have you read it yet?

Your argument is on the level of: "The Nazis may have done bad things, but there's no doubt that a few Jews were unkind to Nazis." You charge Christianity with the death of abortion doctors. Sure, a couple of wackos have killed abortion doctors, and probably consider themselves good Christians for doing so. But such killings are almost universally condemned by Christianity. No vast mobs of Christians storm through the streets, when such miscreants are brought to justice. Contrast that with the glorification of those who slaughter in the name of Mohammad.
As for your attempts to pull the Constitution to the defense of Muslims, I ought remind you that the Constitution is not a suicide pact. Islam's intention is to replace our western concepts of Constitutional Law with sharia, where religious fanatics would rule the country. If you wish to live under Islamic religious fanatics, go to one of their hellhole countries. Here, we intend to hold onto our human rights.

You forgot to mention the "Nuke Mecca" kooks.
I hope you're prepared to be flamed by the supernaturalists.

You are obviously under the illusion that Islam is just another religion. It is not. It is an attempt to dominate and control all aspects of human life and law. As such, it is fundamentally opposed to our concepts of Constitional law. It is suicidal for western democracies to admit muslims into their countries.
As for your argument that Christianity has violence and evil in its past, I'd not argue against that. But I would argue that evils like slavery, and the execution of those who disagree in matters of religion are not mere footnotes in the history of Islam, but the reality of what Islam does today, and will continue to do tomorrow. Read the Koran! Read into hadith! Read today's newspaper! Many here held opinions like yours before finding out what Islam is, and what its aims are. Islam constitutes a clear and present danger to the existence of western civilization.

The senators were told that "al-Qaida snipers might be looming near golf courses, ready to pick them off," according to Capitol Police Spokeswoman Marcia Krug, as quoted in the Hotline Oct. 21. I must have missed this bit of news.

I remember reading at the time that members of Congress had been warned. I don't remember reading this particular quote.

i don't think islam is particularly tolerant for the nambla type of relationship shown here by these two freaks....which is not to say that these losers werent al qaida inspired. it seems obvious they were.

Little Orphan Annie Coulter's urging to conquer Middle Eastern countries and force people to convert at gunpoin She didn't say that. You are lying.
Are you stupid, intellectually dishonest or purposely lying?
I figure the third. Although, by your comments I'd figure the first.
Why ward cleaver?

What a bunch of (sadly, a big bunch) fundamentalist assholes want to do with the world is another story. The problem is that you don't hear any of the major islamic leaders decrying these actions or speaking out against the people that do them.
The silence is deafening and tars the entire religon with one brush.
If the major islamic leaders don't want to be associated with these "fundamentalist assholes" they should say so instead of saying nothing at all.

there are groups of all kinds who commit despicable acts in the name of religion The old moral relativism argument. OK. Be specific. Name example groups from the various religions so we can compare and contrast.

Do you actually know any Moslems? Come on, do you have any relationships - business, friendships, etc... with Moslems.
Yes, as a matter of fact...
Every time I go to the doctor,
Every time I order a pizza,
Every time I go to a gas station...
All unpleasant!
I feel like I'm the one living in a foreign country!
