It would seem that, having forced any organizations using PUBLIC funds to submit to the PC Gestapo, the Sturmtruppers now wish to extend the empire to PRIVATE organizations. This "but, but, they do BUSINESS deals there!" nonsense is simply the wedge they have chosen, plus it has the always-popular advantage of taking a left-handed shot at rich capitalists.

And, I cannot let the old "women golfers earn less than men" saw pass. Besides being nowhere NEAR males in skill or ability in any popular sport, female versions draw a fraction of the viewers, which means they get a fraction of the money. What would the author have us do, FORCE people to watch the games?

THAT'S the point in the gender equity aspect of sports. If they had the interest they would have the ratings, they would have they income, advertising, contracts, etc. and they would have the money.

The author is right, they do do business deals there. Private ones, with invited guests and other members. Tough shit.

Finally, the most hysterical aspect of this is Jesse jumping into the fray in a never ending search for relevance and attention. Don't worry, his light is fading as is the light of this argument.

Martha Burke does not speak for nearly as large of a group as she says. She and the NCWO are a farce. There is not a national outrage over this. What the author fails to realize is that the question was asked in a manner intended to provide the respondent with a little perspective of a matter with which they might not even be familiar.
