I am really glad you asked that. NO, I didn't see them in any of the sources you suggest, not even FOX News. I seriously doubt these images have been broadcast by any TV News outlet. I first saw them on.......wait for it.......

Here is the photo index page of another website dedicated to TAPS Trans-Alaska Pipeline System. It documents the construction of the Pipeline. Also beautiful and informative. They spared no expense in making it safe, efficient and VERY low impact.
