Wasn't Arnold born in Austria? If he was I believe that disqualifies him for the presidency.

Matthews asked Hillary if the Constitution should be changed so that a foreign-born person could be Pres. She was all excited about the prospect of looking into that option until Matthews asked if Arnold should run for Pres. Then she kind of froze up.
