Teenage drinking may be a problem. Terrorism is definitely a problem.

Why is teenage drinking a Federal issue instead of a State issue. Why are they spending my tax dollars in Westchester, N.Y. for this?

But to hell with putting National Guard or any Military on the Northern or Southern states' borders...
