All you did in your answer was make an appeal to authority, one of you least favorite things when other people try it on you. You got a couple of doctors who said the same thing you did- that new families don't pop up all at once so you can't tell its a new family at the time, just in retrospect.

I say again for possible penetration that I am taking that into account. It should not be obvious on any given day that a new family has emerged, but looking back over 435 years it should be clear- that's if evolution is really responsible for all of these critters. You have not answered my arguement, just made the same argument (already refuted in the post) wrapped up in an appeal to authority.

I hope you are feeling well today.

The author has some authority as a geologist, yes. His article is a detailed answer to your question. I suggest you read the damn thing and don't embarrass yourself further until you are familiar with the content, not just the authoritative nature, of the reply.

Since all or almost all of the METAZOANS (animals) first came on the scene at the Cambrian some 543 million years ago, there has been on average, a new FAMILY appear every 435 years. (543 million/1.25 million)

Major flaw in the basic premise, is the usage of a linear instead of an exponential growth rate. New families will appear slowly at first and emerge faster over time.

2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, etc...

I think we really do not even have to do that. If evolution is happening all the time then there should be species 'in the middle' at any given point in time - such as right now. There are no such species between families right now. Therefore this is a strong disproof of evolution. The excuses of evolutionists for not finding this in the millions of living species just does not wash.
