If she is in this country illegally, she needs to be deported. End of discussion. No sympathy whatsoever for her.

My sympathy is not in regards to her being here or being allowed to stay. My sympathy lies in the fact that a freak manipulated her son and stole his affection.

Yes, she does need to be deported at the proper time. But while her minor son is facing the death penalty, for the sake of the case, she needs to be here.
