No. This is a bit disingenuous. The blame for that should fall where it belongs- on the FBI. They are the profilers of record. Moose would've been a little player as far as that goes. Before that incident ever took place (the Sniper shootings), if you had described the situation as a hypothetical problem I could've told you the FBI would've given the profile as a White Male. This is not the doings of Chief Moose.
