Of course the Krauts attacked England in 1941. That was before the atom bomb uncorked the whole bottle. We live in a world of entirely different circumstances where waiting for the enemy to attack first is an invitation to national suicide. One wonders if Clooney Looney understands the difference between the 20th and 21st centuries. Most of us do very clearly.

Yeah, 'Course 9/11 was something of an attack. But I agree that waiting for Iraq, Iran, etc, to get nukes may not be real smart.
