Don't know where to start. The man is terminally stupid. That is why he is a Hollywood actor. He makes a living pretending he is someone else. Unfortunately, it leads him to think he has something important to say.

Just goes to show you why actors get paid to read someone else's words. Actors, even the good ones, are almost all excruciatingly boring when not playing a character.

Hey George if London disappeared in a mushroom cloud would you unequivocally state the UK was attacked then? When it comes to a mad dictator the last thing on earth I'd want to do is sit around and wait to see if he'll actually use a weapon of mass murder. That's foolish in the extreme. In truth, disarming Iraq will prevent another Middle East war, not create one. But don't count on a Hollywood star to get the facts straight.

George Clooney is an actor. Just like Pee Wee Herman and Kermit the Frog. Why anyone would ask someone who acts for a living something about politics or world affairs is beyond me.

Dear God, where to start? I'll let you guys handle it. This should be fun.Well, for beginners: Clooney would be speaking German and working for a living, (nobody would have ever heard of him, some good comes...) if it weren't for people like us.

Clooney is a spoiled rich boy idiot. His father was a popular TV host. His Aunt and Uncle were singer Rosemary Clooney and Jose "the Caine Mutiny" Ferrar. Even as a "struggling" actor he lived with Aunt Rosemary. Like another "Hollywood baby," Rob Reiner, the guy has no idea of how "the real world" works.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't America attacked on September 11th?

Why does anybody care what George Clooney thinks?

I gained a great deal of respect for Brad Pitt a few years ago when a giddy reporterett shoved a mike and a camera in his face and asked him his thoughts on some then current and weighty world issue. His response was "Why the hell are you asking me? I'm just a f**king actor."

The problem is the world has changed, and our involvement in these tiny little places is different than it was in 1941. It was a lot clearer then. We were attacked.Classic Freudian slip. It is now clear to me that those two towers were just as much symbolic of Hollywood's true enemy as representative of muslim hate.To the leftist elitists, THEIR COUNTRY wasn't attacked, the enemy was.

We live on an island. A giant big f - - - ing island. We dont understand that people actually get mad at us. A metaphor, I presume. Can't say this is untrue.
We still think of ourselves in terms of WW2. Its not uncommon for us to say to France, Hey, youd still be speaking German if it wasnt for us.
Somewhat true. I see this posted here almost every day.
The problem is the world has changed, and our involvement in these tiny little places is different than it was in 1941.
Very true, and too many people refuse to understand this.
It was a lot clearer then. We were attacked.
I assume he means by another country in 1941, as opposed to islamic terrorists from here and there. I'd have to say he is correct. It was much clearer then.
All in all, much better than the typical drivel that comes out of the hollywood elite.
