Tin Foil Alert. Sorry, this isn't that big of a deal. If they start abusing it the courts will shut it down in a hurry. Its like the gun control argument. Its not the gun, or in this case the law, its the people using it. We easily survived the WW2 internment camps without it destroying are liberties, and that was a much more severe infringement on people's rights, especially the Japanese.
