Democratic senators and liberal groups have criticized Shedd's ruling as a trial judge, saying he has been insensitive in civil rights and employment discrimination cases. Will anybody ever be required to put-up-or-shut-up regarding these silly allegations of racial insensitivity? He's a Bush nominee and a friend of Thurman.
