It's obvious he's running. My only question is whether he's moved to the left of Mao yet?

Let's see: The Gorebatross doesn't like tax cuts, the war on terrorism, and oil drilling in Alaska. They were such winning issues this fall that his party suffered an unprecedented drubbing at the polls. And in reponse to this disaster, the Gorebatross blasts Bush policies. The bulk of the tax cuts haven't even taken effect yet, the war on terrorism has made substantial progress but is still far from won, and there's been no ecological catastrophe in Alaska. In other words, the jury is still out about the Bush record. For the Gorebatross then, its not about laying out alternative policies for the American people to consider; its about politics for politics sake. The American people heard your message and that of your party, Al. As the Dems so fondly said back in 1998 and throwing their own words back at you now, "Its time to move on!!!"

Al, you have zero chance of ever being President. Now go hug a tree, and get over 2000.

It's funny, when I see a thread with a title like "Gore Blasts Bush Policies" these days, I click it open with a big grin on my face. They might as well be humor threads.

What a difference a couple weeks make...this stuff would have made me furious once.

"Our country is headed for very deep trouble," Gore tells Time magazine. "I wish it were not so, but I believe that with all my heart. I think that our foreign policy, based on an openly proclaimed intention to dominate the world, is a recipe for getting our country in some of the worst trouble it's ever been in."

The ex-vice president also said Bush's economic plan has "zero chance of working."

After we take care of Iraq and the economy is booming again, I'd say Algore has "zero chance" of getting the Dem nomination.
After getting knocked on their arses on Nov. 5, the Dems are finishing the job for us by burying themselves with their own words.

I can just hear his voice, can't you? "I wish it were not so, but I believe with all my heart..." He must not have been on the Information Super Highway lately. Bush is Boss.

I hear he's going to be on Today w/Katie Couric twice this week?? And on Leno, SNL, etc.?? They really are all working him up and I'd be prepared to use the Clintoon's administration's true record on economics and terrorism against him. He's a sitting duck if he'd be called on his bs statements.

Shut up Al. If you had stolen the election, we would be living with a different major city going up in a mushroom cloud each week, while you scold us to tolerate and understand why they hate us.
