Let's hope the CalPERS data helps to inform us as to what BIG money has done to simple-minded bureaucrats. There is no end to the shenanigans that has been going on the last few years in California.

We will probably find out that the Davis and Sacramento Rats have Enronized and Arthur Andersenized the funds and safety of CalPers. Of course it may take an investigation by the FBI and John Ashcroft's people to get the truth and reality out into the light re CalPers.
