This was different from Enron? I had a heated debate with someone on this forum because I suggested big shots don't get thrown in the slammer for this kind of business fraud. Here we have someone involved in a small corporation who is in federal custody for defrauding investors. What Enron executives (or those of other huge corporations) are behind bars right now?
