Condoleezza has a target on her back. The liberal media has determined she is a threat to Hilda Beast and their agenda. Terrorism is a distraction to the real enemy.

He then threw a strike from the rubber, and the stadium erupted. Watching from owner George Steinbrenner's box, Karl Rove thought, it's like being at a Nazi rally.Quote from an earlier post - same book. I think that his source for this one is Miss Cleo.

Ms. Shiner was presumably referring to Woodward's controversial book "Veil" in which he described an interview he claims to have had with Reagan's CIA director, William Casey. A problem arises in that Mr. Casey had just had a portion of his brain removed by surgery and, according to his family, had lost the faculty of speech. Nor was Mr. Woodward's presence in Casey's hospital room noted by the federal agents who were guarding him around the clock. Challenged by Ted Koppel to describe the interior of Casey's room, Mr. Woodward declined to do so, mumbling that he had to protect his sources. One can but wonder what it would take, in Mr. Cohen's opinion, to impeach Bob Woodward's veracity.
From here, a short summary of Woodward's embarrassments with his deathbed interview with Casey.

Bob Woodward & The New York Times' Tom Friedman, use questionable quotes to back up their predetermined misrepresentation of fact.
Cheap journalistic tricksters!

DRUDGE: Woodward Acknowleges Working with Ms. Cleo! In the latest bombshell regarding Woodward's claim that he channeled Condoleeza Rice's thoughts as she sat home alone watching TV, Bob Woodward admitted that he has been working with noted psychic Ms. Cleo.
"She has been a great help," said Woodward. "Sometimes, after she'd channeled Rice for an evening, she'd channel Richard Nixon and Rasputin for a while." Woodward says that his next book on the Nixon-Rasputin connection is almost done and will be serialized in The Washington Post. Woodward claims that Ms. Cleo's pending imprisonment for fraud and embezzlement should not create any particular problems. "She'll just continue to communicate with me telepathically," he concluded.

Well, isn't anyone going to say it? He probably got this information from Deep Throat.

All it would take to "to impeach Bob Woodward's veracity" is a little devotion to the notion of Truth, but Dims are blinded by the Left and don't believe in Truth, only in the Special Theory of Relatively Convenient Belief Systems.
Who sent for the clowns? Stupidity shines eternal.

You mean Miss Cleo WAS a FAKE?!?!
Her 'powers' aside, I really DID like her! It's a great character that she could spin off into a sit-com if she's smart!
But then I love Jamaican accents , the big smile and the patois! I really did like the Miss Cleo character.

How come Bob,"the Great Carnac" Woodward never seems to be able to read the minds of any Democrats?? I imagine that his brain would probably catch on fire, while trying to channel the thoughts of bill and hillary clinton. This tome sounds like the Edmund Morris bio of Reagan-"Dutch." Edmund invented an alter ego, Zelig like character, amazingly named Edmund Morris, who was with Ronald Reagan throughout his life.Dutch was widely panned as I hope the Woodward book will be,but, the Democrats and liberal media are so desperate,I expect them to latch onto this work of fiction and blare it as gospel, from every possible media outlet.Sounds like Maureen Dowd will be quoting from this book like crazy.

Here's my question .... is she really alone if Woodward is in there capturing her thoughts as she is watching TV?

He knows just what you're thinking, he knows when you're awake. He knows when you've been good or bad so you better be good for goodness sake!

No, not Poindexter but rather William Casey, the then former CIA director. Woodward was lying then as he probably was when he and Bernstein "spoke" with Deep Throat. Deep Throat was highly probably a collection of tips which were sourced from different people, each of whom had an ax to grind but none of whom wanted to be identified.

Mr. Woodwards been riding his senstational Deep Throat intrigue success for years..There was no deep throat, just Bob's immagination coupled with what he knew, found out and surmised. This book has to be as interesting as watching grass grow or cement dry. We all know who and what President Bush is, was and will be. It is all about Bob and what he thinks he knows. I won't bother to read it. He is nobody special. Another us't'be.

Agreed. I think he ingested too much coke doing research for "Wired."
Ignore this journalistic ass.

Ha! Woodward is probably STILL looking up the words that Condi had in her mind. Is Woodward related to John Edwards?
