Our idiotic cable news TV channels are presently busy occupying themselves with the newest great guessing game: what constitutes a "material breach." I just love such sharp, insightful questions as, "What do you feel the Iraqis are thinking." To which whatever nitwit "expert" is being subjected to such punishing interrogation [/sarcasm] never thinks of saying, "How the hell do I know. I'm not a mind reader."
