Well I operate with good old webtv and about all I can is hit refresh, which I did and the article still popped up, any other tips?

Ah, webtv maintians a cache of their own; I'll bet that is the problem. That's how the guy who first got @home to work to be efficient. I guess it will filter down to you later. Or perhaps try a dialup connection. (I'm on dsl.)
