Any thoughts on whether or not the Aussie scientists are on to something, or have they been smoking the wrong variety of mushroom?

I haven't encountered this idea before, outside of some very strange science fiction. If it's a duplicate of "regular" matter, it's not nearly enough "dark matter" to bring gravitational closure the universe. I donno. I'll wait for Physicist to wade in.
