I hope it works. We need Ms. Pelosi to win, thus securing victory in the 2004 elections. I agree. Pelosi would be wonderful for us. The evil DUers haven't caught on yet, and I don't think they will. Maybe we should pretend we don't want her to win? Turning hard left is the wrong thing for them.

I agree that Pelosi would be a bad choice for the Dems, but I am cautiously optimistic. I remember in 1998 that many of my conservative Republican friends were going to vote for Gray Davis in the open primary because they thought he was the weakest candidate. Nothing more needs to be said.
