Foods must be kept at less than 41 degrees or more than 141 degrees. Employees must wash thier hands and observe all sanitation procedures. Ready to eat foods must be handled with gloves. Sheesh, it's not rocket science.

I refuse to eat in restaurants that have dirty restrooms. The Chili's down the street from where I live has one of the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever seen. I remember taking my son into it when he was potty training, and after seeing it's state, I made my husband get up and leave.

My favorite is when employees wear gloves, and then do things like handle money without removing the gloves, only to use those same gloves on whatever foodstuffs they were working on before. Yuck!!!
