MAkes a person wonder if the mechanics that prepare the airplanes for flight are ME and if they are screened before being given jobs? Of course, I've wondered that after every airplane crash we've had for the last ten years, but what do I know! Human error? RIght?

I'm right there with you re your concern about possible Islamakazi mechanics working for the airlines.

The AA airplane that went down after taking off from JFK last year had been in for a service/maintenance session at AA's site in Dallas. A couple that is very close to us lost the husband's sister on that flight. I have had concerns about that maintenance session since I heard that the plane had just completed it.

The Alaska airline plane that went into the Pacific Ocean two years ago this coming year, supposedly had not been lubricated in key areas. Were Islamakazis working for Alaska?
