Presidente Fox can't wait to unloaded these uneducated men on us. According to Vicente, they are a boon to our economy and it is to our advantage to legalize them. Mexico, however, seems to have no use for them.

They may be uneducated but they sure know the welfare laws and how to max out the benefits.
