They moved the hydrant for Mrs. Heinz! She had a white SUV with a license number 57. She insisted on parking next to the hydrant - so they had to move it. John can't be too thrilled about all the H monograms on everything. After all, 'H' isn't his monogram. But H is where the money comes from so I guess John figures it's a good trade-off.
