The apparent killing of a U.S. citizen, even an alleged terrorist killed collaterally, threatens to draw the CIA into murky waters.

Hooey and horse biscuits! This is another attempt by our leftist media to suggest the CIA is more of a threat than Al Qaida.

Whatever nationality the guy happens to hold is irrelevant when he is hanging out and working with known terrorists. In fact, one might argue that he forfeited his U.S. citizenship when he consorted with a known enemy.

Lord Haw-Haw wasn't even English (he was Irish), but that didn't stop them from standing him before a firing squad when captured in the closing days of World War II. A person claiming the cover of the nationality of a coubntry he is fighting against should have even less legal courtesies extended.

I had to scroll back up to see who the original article was attributed to; wasn't surprised that it was AP. They just don't get it. The voters remembered 9/11 on 11/5. The worthless UN figured that out when they voted, including Syria, to support the US position on Iraq.

We're at war. In war people die. I'm sure a fair number of U.S. citizens were killed in our bombing of Germany and Japan.

The punishment of Lord Haw Haw was of very dubious legality, but no one would have complained if he had been killed in the bombing of Berlin.

Our bombing of Germany and Japan killed plenty of people much more innocent than these Al Qaeda characters.

Murky waters...the CIA? Oh please...Al Qaida is the Murky Waters. They attack and kill civilians without cause. They wear no uniform. They practice no military discipline. They are at war, and they even say that in interviews.

The CIA is simply reshuffling the deck. If you are Al Qaida, you need to watch your backside everytime you get into a car. You have to forget about all former members of your family. You cannot have a regular lifestyle or stable family situation. You cannot count on living a long life. You must forever live in the Murky Waters....a place where nothing grows or prospers.
