In this case, as in many others of hyphenated nationalities, the clear emphasis is on the part before the hyphen.We should immediately begin a process of reviewing the citizenship of every Muslim who has become a naturalized American in the last 20 years. Just because a terrorist or spy slides through the paperwork does NOT mean he should be home free to attack us with impunity.

Federal courts in the 1940's denaturalized a lot of German Nazis, holding that their oaths of loyalty to the U.S. had been fraudulent. The Supreme Court in 1943 or so required a standard of clear and convincing evidence of the fraud in a similar case involving a Communist (the Communist won the case because the Supreme Court held that standard had not been met.) But, with that condition, those cases remain good law, as far as I know.
