Only in California can one get off with 8 years for a brutal murder (if you're white) and no jail time for a brutal murder (if you're black). And people wonder why criminals laugh at our "justice" system.
There is no justice. There is only an increasing tolerance of evil.

The end of the Summer of Love? Now if they'd just imprison Tom Hayden and Angela Davis, we might be able to forget the '60s ever happened.

I probably shouldn't say this but it would be nice if someone blasted them just as they were leaving prison for old times' sake - after all, it was the sixties, man!!!!

this is justice....to have these self-absorbed evil losers at least admit in public what they did....and to agree that they can make no money from all of this...and to be put away like dogs for a few years....I'll take it....It ain't perfect but nothing is...
I would just love to look into the faces of all of Sara Jane aka Kathleen Soliah Olson's supporters back in Minn.....love to have them explain now that the creep has admitted to trying to plant a bomb to kill cops and now to being in a bank robbery where an innocent woman was gunned down (those evil guns!).....I want to hear them support her now....to raise money for her....to sell cookbooks in her name....
they looked at a truely evil person and they still supported her.....
Shame on them and their leftist beliefs...
I would love to think that what made these monsters finally plea was the election of Norm.....there would be no Wellstone to protect them.....remember, that Olson was a big big time supporter of all things leftist....

You assume their "confessions" and "remorse" are sincere. In my opinion, since they never exhibited any public remorse prior to being tracked down and arrested, they are only sorry they got caught.
The shooter should have gotten the death penalty. The others should be imprisoned for life with no parole.

Anything less than the death penalty in this case is a miscarriage of justice.
These sentences are outrageous.
