Unless the government somehow tracks how much a specific individual paid in taxes, and determines what "necessities" are, there is no way the amount could be "EXACT". And since the government handouts you are advocating are the same for every household, and the probability of every household in the U.S. of a given size paying the "EXACT" same amount in taxes on "necessities", the chances of your lies being accurate is statistically zero.
