Yes, the only bummer is Davis winning in California. It's more than a bummer...it's depressing as h*ll. On the bright side, I don't live in California anymore! LOL!

Just for info:
GA House Speaker (long -time democrat of 40+ years in the GA House) got beat by a repub down here as well:
They lost the Gov.
Lost the Senate position
Lost the two of the new US House districts the demo's tried to gerrymander into safe seats (including Barr's old seat!0
And we kicked out a few radicals like McKinney in the primary. (Though a denmo did win eventually, at least this democrat promised to "represent her district")

Found this on over at the DU .. LOL
10. Just the fact that they CAN do it pisses me off even more.
Have we failed to even prevent them from disrupting our own sire? WHAT THE FUCK KIND OF AN EMBARASSMENT IS THIS?

Newt said the outstanding ballots were from the mountains with lots of ranchers. Thune country. Hope he's right!

The only "issue" group willing to challenge the morality of the Democrat and Republicans plan to impose an 82% lifetime federal tax rate on every child in America is the Libertarian Party. Neither Republicans or Democrats want to deal with the child slavery issue because to reduce that 82% to a morally responsible level, say 10%,would require repealing virtually every federal law, abolishing virtually every federal bureaucracy, a firing virtually every federal employee and starting over from scratch. It would be an end to the Republicrat Welfare/Warfare state. Republicans are as unwilling to accept that as Democrats.

I wonder how in that "Congratulations America" diatribe he managed to miss mentioning the end of the ABM Treaty and the unworkable and bankrupting new anti-missile defense system?

Thanks for keeping us up to date on the Oregon Gov. race.
I hope we don't see another "go to bed, and wake up to find some one we don't want to see in office" kind of thing going on. It looks like that is happening...especially in Portland.
It's the "late voting" that bothers me.

"Hey, jerk, I kicked your ass all over the beltway tonight....Who's your daddy?"

CNN last projection is 228 R 200 D 1 I, 8 races still in doubt looks like the Republicans will win 3-5 of them.
