Why is it that in every fraud investigation, Citigroup's and JPM's hands are all over it?

No I don't. The bad guys should get their punishment that fits their crimes. But most people involved with capitalism do a great service for our country. The peak of the witch-hunt was when the names were released of business people who bought into IPO's as if that was a crime.
All the politicians cared about was not taking the blame themselves. The real crooks -- Clinton, Rubin, and Greenspan will never be held accountable.
