Yeah I think this guard is screwed and I don't necessarily think the kid should've been shot. I just get tired of reading about little hoodlums who never receive the punishment they deserve and just for the record i'm not a kid hater, I have two of my own. I think that your right in the facts that this guard didn't have proper training. The kids were doing something they shouldn't have been doing and when you combine those 2 elements you have recipe for disaster.
