There is a staff meeting that i have been commanded to attend on Weds, which really irked me to hear, since i know i will be DEAD from staying up on Tues PM! i feel like i need to take the week off, i am off today to just gear up for it!

My plan is to leave early Tuesday to vote, then take a nap till the polls close (a quarter percoset should help with that) then stay up as long as it takes.

Last night, I was thinking about that AWFUL night in 2000, late at night, when the networks called Gore the winner and we all just SAT here......watching him get in that limo to drive over to make his acceptance speech. Remember how that felt?

And remember how we felt when somebody finally said HOLD THE PHONE???? What would we have EVER done without each other!
