I've already done quite a bit of work in summarizing the whole issue in the op-ed I authored for the local fish-wrapper here in Florida, the Sarasota Herald-Tribune (which we call the "SH!T", for obvious reasons, seeing as it's a wholly-owned subsidiary of the NY Times).
