It's actually a loose collection of holidays from various sources that runs about 4 days this time of year. The Hallow in Hallowe'en refers to the Saints, and it's properly spelled Hallowe'en as Hallowed Evening. All Saints' Day is another. Nothing more than a celebration of departed spirits.
