UFO's. Whole nother ball game! lol Had a couple of those type incidents as well! But, no sleep paralysis in either!

Can't say it's never happened, can only say it has never happened to me. No ghosts, no UFOs.. only a sleep disorder for me!
I am a skeptic at heart, but never the less am fascinated reading peoples stories!! :)
